Almost every project requires Building Regulations, this can be in the form of a simple 'Building Notice' for minor works to 'Full Plans' application. Everyone has a part to play to ensure your project is safe and meets current regulations.
You're required by law to ensure your project complies with Building Regulations, this means you must engage a Principal Designer and Principal Contractor.
Our responsibilities extend beyond drawings and submissions. We're legally required to act as your Principal Designer and must ensure your project is designed safely.

Repairs, replacements, maintenance, small detached buildings (under 15m²), most porches, conservatories, and carports.
Building Control Not Required
Work by registered installers for gas (GasSafe), electrics (NICEIC, ELECSA), windows (FENSA, CERTAS), or solid fuel appliances.
